Job Description:

 

· Should have managed Infrastructure migration and transformation projects across Datacenter Services which includes Windows, VMware, Storage and Backup, Nutanix, O365 Messaging and Collaboration towers

· Responsible for managing Infrastructure Projects in Data center tower.

· Interacts frequently with Customer, other Customer IT Environment Providers and internal and external management, including in multi-vendor, multi-protocol complex network/systems environments, to ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction.

· Participates in Customer planning and delivery support strategy. Proactively monitors all Service Processes for the applicable Tower(s), manages issues and alerts other SDMs, the Service Provider Account Manager and/or Customer as needed.

· Leads and directs the applicable Tower delivery team with direction from the Service Provider Account Manager.

· Monitors and manages Service Level performance and reports performance in accordance with the Master Services Agreement.

· Manages operational budgets and Project hours.

· Monitors Service Provider Personnel training and certification requirements and completes training evaluations. Ensures compliance with all applicable Laws with respect to the Services.

· Provides the Service Provider Account Manager a single point of contact and serves as an advocate between Service Provider's service delivery organization and the Service Provider Account Manager/Customer for the applicable Tower(s);

· Ensures positive customer satisfaction;

· Drives/manages Service quality and improvement of Service delivery processes;

· Participates in Customer account plan/strategy;

· Understands Customer's requirements and business opportunity/requirements and provides guidance and support to Customer, as applicable;

· Provides technical support;

· Participates in the ‘Change Control Board’ and/or the Change Control Process;

· Participates in operations and governance meetings and other committees as required
