Technical: ·
Hands-on experience implementing FCCS on Statutory reporting, Management Reporting, Multi-GAAP, IFRS, Allocations, Intercompany eliminations, Currency translations requirements · Support client needs by delivering FCCS consolidation. · Should have integration experience of FCCS with source systems. · Experience working with clients throughout various parts of implementation lifecycle · Should know Functional aspect of consolidation process · Develop and maintain solid knowledge on Consolidation in FCCS. · Should have worked in designing the Task flow and metadata design in FCCS · Experience with foreign currency translation and the effect of currency translation on the financial statements · Understanding of joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures, and equity pickup · Should have prior experience in end to end Financial Cloud transformation & implementation for large scale enterprises Non-Technical: Good Communication skill Able to plan / track tasks / activities / co-ordinate and report status periodically Onsite / Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and inter-team interaction on need basis Good in problem approaching with innovative thinking and able to approach / address the problems with process / people Agile Project experience would be preferred
