Python API Developer
12 Months Contract
100% Remote
Key responsibilities:
- Build Python API for integration with a vendor's product. The API would be hosted on AWS and would leverage different AWS services.
- Coordination with client business and technical teams on Architecture, design, understanding mapping with vendor's system.
- Coordination with offshore team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Demos.
- Perform Design and Code reviews.
- Provide deployment support.
- Present team's status to client teams, resolve any blockers by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong Python API development experience
- Strong experience in development within AWS environment, leveraging different AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudWatch, Firehose, CloudFormation, Lambda, etc.
- Experience with ETL tools
- Experience with RDBMS and SQL
- Strong coordination experience with business and technical teams and with offshore
- Good communication skills
Good to have skills:
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Talend
