- MS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- Accomplished leader with 5+ years of SRE management experience managing regional and global teams of varying sizes and time zones supporting production in a multi-tenant environment.
- Strong experience with SRE tech stack, including tooling, automation strategy and implementation to improve infrastructure/application systems deployment and configuration processes.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communications with clients, employees, and management chain, including status reports, project plans, presentations, etc.
- Experience managing technical team on projects with technical deep-dives into code, networking, operating systems and/or storage.
- Proficiency working with algorithms, data structures and production troubleshooting.
- Substantial experience in many of the following technologies, with demonstrated expertise and the capacity to lead complex technical implementations:
