Job Description:
- Working with management has the ability to lead and assist multiple team members across disciplines including Development, QA and Support.
- Possesses Strong technical ability and develops a deep understanding of the application.
- Contributes to the development of complex applications and software providing comprehensive enterprise business solutions.
- Participating in Agile methodologies to Analyze, design and develop software applications that process intricate healthcare insurance transactions.
- Writes effective Unit testing to verify new and updated code
- Works closely with all disciplines of the Agile Release Train (Product Managers, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Quality Assurance and Customer Support)
- Assess, enhances, maintains and supports software solutions to business problems.
- Possesses strong logic, computer language syntax and sequencing skills.
Skillset:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- 10-12 years of Java development with a focus on high volume application development
Strong knowledge of:
- Java
- JPA
- AngularSoapUI
- Maven
- RDBMS / SQL DB constructs
- End to End SDLC
Very proficient in service and Web development including:
- ReST
- JSON
Working knowledge / general understanding of:
- TomEE
- ActiveMQ / Kafka / AMQP
- Cloud computing - AWS and Azure
- Jenkins
- IzPack
- Groovy
- Liquabase
