Job responsibilities:
Report into RevOps but work very closely w/ product & engineering team
Sitting in on planning sessions with them, own pieces of responsibility within sprint cycle
Pre-sales related or post campaign on performance/commissions - have a hand on Salesforce/tech wise
Experience with launching a campaign or integrating with their platform - is the product team who will own that
Work in agile & sprints
MUST HAVES:
Really wants a technical Sales Ops/RevOps person that is used to building stuff
Has enough insight to be seller focused
Understand things like "why sellers can get testy when quotas don't align"
Experience building out validation rules
Passionate about tools & connections (understand that salesforce is so strong because of how they work with & partner with all sorts of tools/companies)
Well versed at capturing business specs & transferring to product team
