• Design, develop, and implement new business processes to support deposit operations and payment teams
• Understands the client's needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all types of Fedwire and SWIFT messages including payments
• Conducting desktop research on key commercial banking and payment industry players and trends
