Role: UX Designer
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6 + Months
Job Description
• Lead a team of Designers that work with product owners to produce designs for mobile and Web experiences
• Contribute, maintain and lead the mobile (iOS) and web design system for PFNA applications
• Participate in the user research and usability testing and collect feedback to refine designs
• Collaborate with Business owners, Product Managers and Product owners to drive the UI/UX delivery
• Challenge the current business as usual (BAU) design standards and constantly look for improvement
• Pro-actively identify and manage risk areas. Troubleshoot and drive issues through to completion
• Work within an agile team following Scaled Agile methodology to deliver the design artifacts
• Leverage cloud tools like Azure dev ops and Adobe XD to gather requirements, create and share designs with product manager and owners
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in user-centric design• A strong understanding of user research and human-centered design
• Experience creating design systems to support both mobile (iOS) and Web applications
• Comfortable working with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, InVision and Sketch
• Experience producing design artifacts, such as sketches, high fidelity mockups, screen flows and protoypes
• Experience with HTML,CSS and web application development tools preferred
• Experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops development tools for managing and delivering requirements is preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM based applications is an added advantage.
