Details of the role:
Required Skills:
- Data modeling with an understanding of distribution keys and their impact on query performance
- Experience with the concurrency limitations of the Netezza platform and how those limitations affect extraction data throughput
- Hands-on expertise writing SQL queries in Netezza's dialect
- Agility around devising and executing tests of approaches to prove applicability of proposed solutions
- Clear written and spoken communications with customers for requirements gathering, interpretation, and presenting analysis
