Bachelor's Degree
• Serve as a Java developer for Unemployment Compensation system; can define, plan, design, develop and support Java, JSP, APIs, J2EE
• Can research and review system design and technical documentation in order to develop planned and ad-hoc solutions as presented.
• Can prepare documentation outlining the changes made to the system and present changes to peers in written and oral formats
• Has effective communication between peers, project managers, and business partners
• Will attend waterfall and Agile design and scrum sessions and have the ability to debrief management and team members on meeting content
• Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile development
• Java
• J2EE

• Java Batch
• SQL
• DB2 or similar relational database
Prior experience in Unemployment services a plus
