Job Summary :
• Basic hygiene check to ensure that the ticket has enough information for people to work on or send a mail back to user for clarification.
• Assign the ticket to the right individual based on complexity of the ticket
• Validate ticket priority and symptom (whether it is incident or service request)
• As needed, work with the business to understand the requirement & priority of the ticket
• As needed, walkthrough with business the RCA to get closure confirmation
• Ensure periodic updates to the tickets
