Java Full Stack Engineer
Location: Rhode Island(Remote)
Contract : 12+ months
Required:
- Experience building interactive web applications using a modern framework such as Angular (Preferred), React, or Vue
- Back-end coding experience using JavaScript (Node.js)
- Microservices and RESTful API experience
- Understanding of Containers & Docker, ability to write Dockerfiles
- SQL experience
- Relational database Experience (Any of MySQL (preferred), Postgres, Oracle, MS SQL Server)
- Document database experience: e.g. MongoDB
- Algorithms & Optimization knowledge
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Collaborative and open work ethic
- 5+ years or experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Definitely a Plus:
- Coding experience in a modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, or C++
- Relational/ER Modeling Experience
- Other databases experience e.g.: Redis, Cassandra, Hive, AWS Athena, AWS Aurora
- ETL development experience
- Cloud Platform experience - AWS (preferred) or Azure
- Experience writing automated unit tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Jasmine, or Cucumber
