Job Description

  • Providing maintenance, development, and Support of live production applications including EPBCS, FDMEE, Data Management, DRM, HFM, ODI, and automation developed using the Batch script, VB Script, and PowerShell Script
  • Triage and resolve user support issues
  • Monitoring performance, logs, backups, events, applications, scripts & jobs
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including business processes and new requirements as well as monthly support and maintenance procedures
  • Collaborate with offshore team members and business customers globally

 

Skill Required

  • Experience with all aspects of the system – Support, testing, and Pre & Post implementation activities across the Hyperion product suite with extensive hands-on experience in PBCS,  FDMEE, DRM, ODI, and HFR
  • Support experience in HFM
  • Good hands-on development and Support knowledge on PBCS, Data Management, EPM Automate, FDMEE, and Scripting (Batch, VB, and PowerShell)
  • Ability to maintain Optimum availability of EPM Environments, ability to create, monitor, and migrate environment and product-related artifacts proactively
  • Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision
  • Knowledge of SRs, RFCs, and My Oracle Support will be a plus
