Position: - Performance Test Lead
Location: - Tampa, Florida

SKILLS
Hands-on experience in enterprise level Performance Test tools like, but not limited to Jmeter, LoadRunner, Visual Studio IDE.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of APM's like Splunk , AppDynamics, Azure Monitoring in Azure Portal.
- Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs, requirements and expectations around critical factors such as response time, throughput, transactions/second, concurrent users, CPU utilization, memory, disk, network utilization, thread counts, connection pooling, hit ratios, etc.
ROLE
- Identifies and implements solutions (hardware and software) for improvement of the high-quality Performance Testing infrastructure.
- Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
- Responsible for driving Performance Testing adoption and governance at the enterprise level.
- Responsible for enabling Performance Testing in DevOps cycle
- Responsible to define and implement test Performance Testing strategy including roadmap, tools, framework and approach across application product teams.
- Drive technological execution of the recommended Performance Testing solution roadmap across project teams.
- Participate Ability in Design and Architectural reviews of proposed Performance Testing solutions at enterprise level.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise level Performance Test tools like, but not limited to Jmeter, LoadRunner, Visual Studio IDE.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of APM's like Splunk , AppDynamics, Azure Monitoring in Azure Portal.
