Job Title: Jr Project Manager / Coordinator
Location: Houston TX
Duration: 12 months
We’re looking for an Jr Project Manager to drive the execution of our most critical software projects. Working directly with members of Engineering, Product, and other departments, you will align and position the team for success, and leverage your work to help improve our execution and operations.
Ideal Skills
· Experience working with software development teams, with a track record of collaborating with cross-functionally and achieving successful outcomes
· The ability to understand complex technical systems and to use those skills to help solve technical problems
· A toolbox of principles, frameworks, and practices for enabling delivery success
· Experience in solving the challenges of building strong, scalable infrastructure and solutions
· The ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups, forming and sustaining successful partnerships
· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in using Jira for software-based project management tools
· Experience / Knowledge of Agile and Scrum Process
· Familiarity with web and software release cycles a plus
