Primary Skill:
1. Strong Java, Java SE, JSP, JavaScript background and development skills
2. Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL
Other Required Skill(s):
1. Good to have working experience on RESTFUL webservices and Spring MVC
2. Good to have support experience and awareness about support lifecycle
The Staff will ensure system stability and regular maintenance via incidents handling and enhancement work during the support lifecycle.
The Staff is also expected to know end -to-end lifecycle of incident Management lifecycle, Change Management lifecycle and must have knowledge in handling ticketing tools.
