·         Candidate must have 8-10 years of experience in SAP BW and HANA implementation and support projects.
·         Needs to have 3+ years of hands-on development experience in native HANA objects such as calculation views stored procedures etc.
·         Must have in-depth knowledge of BI concepts such as data marts star schemas and dimensional modeling.
·         Should have overview knowledge of SAP BO reporting tools.
·         Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills HANA Studio experience and experience of working with BW models in HANA eclipse environment HANA modeling is preferred

Very strong SQL/Pl-SQL experience and able to write a basic shell scripts

Role: Adobe Analytics Engineer
Location: Long Beach, CA
Duration: Long Term

JD:

• Work with a team of Digital Analytics analysts, as well as have individual project work
• Collaborate across multiple business teams to align on product KPIs
• Define, develop, and present standard KPI reports using Adobe Analytics
• Investigate, analyze, and socialize digital usage analytics to identify trends and create data-driven insights about visitor behavior (e.g. traffic patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, and pathing)
• Combine analytics insights from multiple sources (e.g. session replay, feedback surveys) to generate insights when applicable
• Define data requirements for projects, identify missing metrics to build KPIs, and work with Product/Technical Product Owners to implement tagging requirements to ensure proper tracking and reporting of digital data
• Function as a subject matter expert on utilization of Adobe Analytics and analyzing web metrics across applicable apps and websites for user insights. Use tools like SQL, R, Excel Macros to apply statistical tools & techniques to complement the analysis tools available in Adobe Analytics Workspace.
