Title: Project Manager
Location: Irving, TX

This role will be primarily responsible for:
- Leading the implementation, planning and development of a decisioned recommendations and selling flows for the VBG Decisioning team
- Project management of the implementation of new decisioning functionality and the impact to offer operations
- Initiating milestones and timelines
- Aligning people and a willingness to take action and follow through
- Writing user stories
- Developing comprehensive views that summarize activities for executive, marketing and technical leads
What we're looking for.
- Bachelor's degree
- Six or more years of relevant work experience; 3+ years' experience in managing large cross-functional projects
- Experience with project and program management and a proven track record of successful project execution
- Extensive JIRA expertise including Agile methodologies as it relates to project management
- The ability to manage escalated situations. This person will be required to articulate needs to stakeholders and relay pertinent information to management under tight deadlines
- Understanding obstacles and develop plans to overcome them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms
- Highly motivated self-starter with preference to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience presenting to management
- Experience with Pega a plus
- Knowledge of key CRM platforms and systems (i.e., SFDC, Adobe, etc.)
Even better if you have:
- Master's degree - more impressive if you have an MBA
- Project management certification
