Position: Salesforce Architect or Sr. Salesforce Developer

Fully 100 Percent Remote, Work from Home

Duration: 1 Years long term contract with possible extension

Job Overview:

Team is seeking someone who has strong development experience, but also has the Salesforce platform acumen. This person will be supporting two product lines - Relationship Sales product line and Customer Care line utilizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Prior SFDC architectural experience but able to align to our North Star vision.

You Will:

Provide technical leadership in development activities and direction in software design by identifying areas to improve architecture, application design, scalability and -reducing bottlenecks across various application layers (client, network, load balancing, backend)
Develop and maintain your code with a Test/Behavior Driven
Development mindset Perform code reviews while pairing, inspecting code quality and assuring process adherence
Conduct and monitor production launches and post-launch support coordinating with geographically distributed teams in conference calls
Provide Level 3 (application development) support for escalated production incidents orchestrating different teams for issue resolution

Essential Requirements:

Requires Salesforce Admin Certification
10+ years of experience in the IT Financial Services, with prior experience building large scale applications
Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, and event-driven ITU
Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
Experience developing front-end applications and proficiency with React, Node.js, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Exposure and understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies, and processing environments

Desirable Requirements:

Prior roles functioning as a technical or team lead (mentoring junior resources, leading technical solutioning)
Experience developing responsive pages using Bootstrap and mobile-oriented web applications
Prior development efforts the financial services industry
