Role: Cloud Network Engineer
Location: Mountain View, CA
JD: software engineer with a strong background in networking and networking architecture.
Deep experience with Palo Alto Networks technology
They'll be someone who would represent Google to an external party so someone with at least 10 years' experience who can carry themselves with maturity and poise.
Great communication skills
• Strong programming/scripting skills (one or more of the following):
• Python, Go, Javascript others
• Terraform, Deployment Manager
• Experience building API integrations.
• Strong GCP skills: Cloud security products (Identity, Beyondcorp, Key Management etc.), Cloud computing platforms (Serverless, GKE, GCE) etc.
• Preferably has experience with Palo Alto Networks products: Prisma Cloud, Prisma access, VM-series, Cortex XDR etc.
• Must have experience working with customers/partners; this role would require candidates to work with Product Managers, Developers and Solution architects to define scope, timelines and documentation.
• Good documentation skills; create technical content: reference architectures, deployment guides etc.
• Preferably have industry certifications such as GCP Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CISSP etc.
