Job Description:
· 10+ years experience with IT, software development
· Backend API Development with combination of Java, python & lots of AWS, AWS in depth.
· 2 parts of work; 1 is existing application we have for credit cards; modernization of work is second part.
· EMR, ECS, dockerized services, lambda; Postgres, dynamoDB, AWS Glue, REST API & how to construct & manager REST API.
· AWS glue will require Spark knowledge; person can learn that coming after into team if not having prior spark exp.
· Coding, participating in scrum/agile, refining the stories through JIRA board.
· Team is a part of core decisioning & an enterprise platform team.
· On decisioning side we need Python & Scala.
· No UI experience needed; Core Backend.
