Hands on experience in Java Multithreading and concurrency
Experience publishing and consuming services - REST/SOAP
Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
Profound insight of Java and J2EE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
Excellent knowledge of Relational and non-relational Databases, SQL /No SQL and ORM technologies
Experience with test-driven development
Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
Writing well designed, testable, efficient code
Must have excellent technical design articulation skills
