Long Term Contract
1. Installation and Uninstallation of Microfocus ALM & Patches Required in Windows and Linux.
2. Creation of Projects, Creating of Projects using existing Project data and Creation of Projects using Importing qcp files of existing projects
3. Creation of Templates, Linking of Projects to Templates and Applying changes to Project via Template
4. Providing project access to users and assign the group in which role they are going to work
5. Configuration of Email notification for the Projects
6. Removing users, Projects and Domains if it is unnecessary and requested by client
7. Coordinating with HP Support team for Technical Issues/Queries/Updates.
8. Migration of Projects from QC 9.2 version to HP ALM 11 version
9. Installation of Licenses for HP ALM
10. Updating ALM Services Password (if it is changed or expired) in Application server for HP ALM which will run the ALM Services
11. Updating defect details from Site admin for all records at a time with the help of SQL queries
12. Activation and Deactivation of Projects in Site Administration
