*Ensure projects stay on track, in collaboration with project manager
*Identify gaps and raise concerns to project manager and/or program manager
*Lead daily stand up meetings
*Manage testing plan and testing team members
*Manage translation plan
*Assist program manager in coordinating weekly and monthly reports
*Document and follow-up on actions from meetings
*Gather and document lessons learned
*Identify and raise any issues or potential risks
*Maintain project documentation
*Coordinate and lead project meetings
*Other duties as assigned
*Experience with Smartsheet a plus
*Experience with SharePoint
*Experience with Pega a plus but not required
*Ability to work in a fast environment with shifting priorities
*Ability to work on tight deadlines
*Ability to take direction from multiple leaders
*Ability to take initiative and prioritize own work

Responsible for building and connecting strategic implementation, technical, and CM activities into a holistic plan and maintain the plan throughout the project. Responsible for building and maintaining the strategic implementation activities within the project plan, in collaboration with project manager, process lead, and change PM. Ensures project plan is kept up to date throughout the duration of the project and assists the project manager and process lead in successfully executing the project on-time, on-scope, and on-budget
