Job Description
Mainframe System Programmer with deep knowledge of system coding techniques, high proficient in ASM, HLASM skill under Application development.
Very good knowledge and hands-on experience on system programming in HLASM, Assembler, IMS DB/DC.
Knowledge in SAS , Focus , CICS, MQ, Link List, pointers in Cobol and REXX is an added advantage.
Should be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of the system, adhering to IT standards and best practices thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction levels by following the process. Should be innovative in providing the cost-efficient solutions. Ability to work independently and taking ownership of the tasks. Work as a team member as well as an individual contributor. Competent enough in acquiring the Business knowledge to provide customer centric solutions and maintain high customer focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with problem solving and analytical skills.
Should be open to work in shifts and weekend support if project demands.
