·Must have 5 Plus years of retail domain experience ..preferably merchandising or stores functions..if these are not available then SCM or ecommerce domain

·Work in a scrum team in an agile model

·Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. Operate effectively in a hands-on, day-to-day problem solving environment, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities

·Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and reach across team boundaries to successfully deliver products/services.

·Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and navigate ambiguously defined structures to deliver results. Ability to translate customer needs into crisp, detailed product requirements. Ability to make smart feature versus time-to-market trade-offs.

·Outstanding oral and written communication skills: ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences / levels of the organization.

·Experience in using data and metrics to validate assumptions and inform product decisions. Able to take calculated risk with limited data and shape experimentation plans for validation.

·Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to collaborate across functions to drive product development/adoption, earning a high level of trust with stakeholders.
