Job Description:
- Under general supervision, manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
- Projects are moderately complex in scope. Plans and directs schedules and budgets.
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
- Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years project management experience or equivalent.
- Possesses and applies a developing knowledge of project management principles, practices and procedures to the completion of assignments.
- Has good analytical skills, is detail oriented, interacts well with others and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent. Familiar with basic functions of project scheduling software-MS Project preferred.
- Must be able to interface appropriately at project team level. Understands the concepts, definitions and application of project reports.
- Possesses an understanding of quality assurance concepts.
