• 5+ years experience in Adobe Marketo
• Understand the customer road-map & current support/development efforts and suggest future design/solution decisions
• Ability to architect large scale technology solutions primarily using all of the Marketo solutions
• Lead discussions and work with respective teams in coming up with realistic and scalable strategy to implement marketing and personalization initiatives.
• Marketo 2.0 Modular Email Templates – create and edit email templates based on agency design; experienced with Email 2.0 syntax
• Develop, deploy, optimize a range of landing pages and email campaigns
• Marketo Guided Landing Pages – create and edit landing page templates based on agency design; experienced with GLP syntax
• Identify, create, and develop customer segmentation strategies and ongoing communications plans targeted towards those segments
• Build, execute and deliver accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using Marketo and related tools
• Research into inquiries and requests regarding audience size and customer profile
• Review technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaigns
• Experience in Marketo configuration
