Respond to alerts received that detect performance, space, lock and processing issues taking appropriate actions as per M&P
Perform morning verification and routine health checks as required
Follow C2W standard practices to ensure all required participants are engaged to effectively manage incidents
Provide High Level Application Impact
Work with Incident Management team to provide details for outage notifications. Create and send notifications for Severity- 1 and 2 incidents
Engage the Linux SA/Network team for environment issues
Follow escalation requirements to escalate critical issues to appropriate support groups (i.e. leadership, other support groups, and/or next tier support within organization).
Maintain accurate application contact call-out information
IT Compliance paperwork, Server information updates
Participate in the Resolution of the incident alongwith required stakeholders and teams
Participate in driving outages to resolution
Maintain support documentation (i.e. application manuals, run books, application "nice to know" tips, M&Ps) to promote incident resolution and knowledge sharing.
Performance Alert monitoring
• Good understanding of Application architecture, Load balancers, interfaces and their technology stacks
• Experience doing Crisis management
• Good understanding of accessing business impact and invoking mitigation measures during application impacting incidents
• Good communication and ability to triage & engage multiple stakeholders while working on production issues
• Hands on Experience in tools like New Relic, Introscope, Splunk, Site Catalyst, Glassbox
• Coordination with client leadership and team for project updates and issue discussion
• Open to work in shifts and over weekends to enable 24*7 coverage
