Java Full Stack Developer

Details of the role:
Software Engineer will design and develop complex enterprise projects comprising of web services, next generation mobile applications, web applications using agile methodology and lightweight SOA design patterns.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyse business and functional requirements and produce detailed technical design documentation. Apply experience with development and deployment of enterprise scale applications in telecom domain using Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Angular JS, Spring MVC, Apache Camel and Spring Boot.
- Task and timeline development based on the business requirements and design documents.
- Apply experience designing and developing Service-Oriented (SOA) based applications, RESTful Web Services and Micro services using Java Enterprise Edition.
- Design and develop micro web services utilizing Restful Webservices using Java (J2EE) and Spring Model View Controller framework, JSON, XML, OAuth Authentication, Token Management & Role base authorization.
- Design and develop next generation mobile applications for telecommunication features including group calling, group messaging, group contacts.
- Design and develop web applications using AngularJS or React framework and HTML5/CSS3. Design and develop applications using Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
- Develop database schema related to the applications being developed making use of databases including Oracle and Cassandra.
- Perform peer code reviews for industry standard compliance and provide feedback to peer developers.
- Apply experience writing build scripts using Apache maven for deployment of enterprise grade applications on Docker containers in a cloud environment, web logic application servers.
- Deliver code for systems functionality per technical specifications that includes automated unit testing and automated builds for continuous integration and continuous deployments.
- Design and develop test suites for unit testing software applications and web services using frameworks including Junit/Mockito/TestNG.
- Apply experience in leveraging software design patterns including singleton, factory, DAO, strategy and implementing data structures/algorithms including linked list, stacks, queues, graph algorithm to provide software solutions for complex business problems.
- Implement application logging following departmental standards, handle code exceptions and tune the application performance to comply with departmental standard response times.
- Troubleshoot application issues by monitoring and analysing application logs.
Applicant's experience must include:
