ETL Developer
6 months (but this is a long-term role)
Remote till September Onsite (Buffalo, NY ) after September 2021
Position closing on June 25th 2021, Need consultant to start by June end
- Looking for 8 plus years overall experience
- Technical Skills: Data Stage, Greenplum, Oracle, SQL Server, AWS, Automic, and Control M
- Must have worked with Reputed Clients
- Need LinkedIn ID of the consultant
- Excellent Communication Skills
Details of the role:
The onsite technical coordinator would be responsible to support the production jobs, coordinate with different teams for resolution and be involved in ETL development.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and creating the data warehouse and all related extraction, transformation, and load of data functions in the company.
- Coordination with Business for understanding the requirements and support onshore/offshore coordination.
- Driving critical issues in Datastage/DB/Automic with various teams to resolution
- RCA analysis for ad-hoc issues from business/service delivery team
- Gathering information from offshore and collaboration with business/requester to clarify/understand information.
- Point of contact from ETL for priority issues for various product teams
- Handling meetings of service delivery intake/planning for upcoming initiatives
- Planning and estimation for major projects
- Production support and on-call support for critical issues
Required Skills:
- Around 8+ years of experience in Analysis design and development of data warehouse and database solutions.
- Good understanding of Data warehousing and ETL concepts and business application, business dataflow and data relation in US healthcare industry.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems.
- Maintenance support of existing ETL Batch jobs.
- Experience in Data Warehousing projects ensuring the data meets the business requirements, also good work experience in DataStage, Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Linux, AWS
- Having experience working in offshore and onsite model and coordination
- Having good communication skills, Interpersonal relations, hardworking and result - oriented as an Individual and in Team.
- Good understanding and experience in unstructured data management and modeling concepts (Data belonging to different domain like Health care, web usage data and relational data).
- Good understanding on Agile and Participate in team agile tasks and sessions such as story estimation, sprint planning demonstrations, and retrospectives.
