Position:1

Role: SAP SD Consultant
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Duration: Long Term

 
JD:
  • 10+ years’ experience in SAP SD
  • Experience in 3 or more full life-cycle implementation phases of a project (ASAP Methodology) - blueprinting, realization, testing ( Unit testing, User acceptance testing, Assembly testing and integration testing ), final preparation, training, documentation, data uploading, go live and post go live (production) support
  • Interact with business partners to understand the AS-IS process and work on developing TO-BE process
  • Development of functional specifications for RICEFW objects- Interfaces, Reports, User exits, Conversion and Enhancement of standard SAP functionality
  • Conduct Business blue printing sessions and participate in Requirement definitions, system/process mapping & solution design
  • Experience in different kinds of projects such as New End-to-end implementation projects, Development projects, up gradation projects, Enhancement projects
  • Thorough understanding of integration points in SD with MM/WM, QM, WM and FI/CO modules
  • Hands on Experience in configurations related to SD

SAP MDM Business Analyst
Location: Mounds view, MN

Duration: Long Term
 
JD:
  • Support the design and deployment of the SAP technical and operational processes, controls, and applications surrounding master data.
  • Should have good understanding of Business scenarios and converting it to MDM Business logic.
  • Design solution using SAP MDM.
  • Build MDM repository.
  • Facilitate Data load and syndication.
  • Develop MDM solutions for workflows, de-duplication, validations.
  • Port configuration and monitoring.
  • Develop the Match and Merge strategies.
  • Create import maps, syndication maps for inbound and outbound types, create xml schemas and set filters.
  • Translate technical language to business understandable language, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with end users on a regular basis and provide support to critical issues ensuring Business continuity.
  • Onsite offshore team coordination.

SAP HANA Security Consultant
Location: Scottsdale – AZ

JD:
  • Experience with SAP Security in ECC and S/4HANA systems In-depth knowledge of SAP authorization concepts for ECC, S/4 HANA, HANA DB,FIORI, BOBJ, BW/BI.
  • Experience in S/4HANA Central Finance implementation/Support, Experience in S4/HANA Security, FIORI Security, ECC Security, SAP modules desired: AP, FI, CO, GL, MM ..etc.
  • Expert in SAP Security best practice concepts for Role Design and Expert Profile Generator and authorizations for role changes
  • Role Management and User Management standard processes
  • S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, Transactional apps, Activation of Odata services and SICF services
  • Service Marketplace knowledge nice to have
  • Provide ongoing training of support team of other team members in collaborative environment
  • Issue Resolution: Ability to research, identify, recommend & communicate solutions
  • Knowledge of HANA Development Workbench, Catalog object, Design time objects, Creating HANA design-time roles, User setup, Granting of Roles and Privileges and keeping it integrated with Overall Platform Security

Program Manager with Property and Casualty Insurance
Location: West Bend, WI
Duration: Long Term
 
JD:
·         15+ years working in property and casualty insurance. Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word- proven ability to modify and create PowerPoint slides. Tangible experience working with large COTS implementation methodologies and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience working with global organizations with onshore and offshore services delivery teams
·         Responsibilities include Interacting and leading Cognizant and business team members in complex discussions around Duck Creek product capabilities.
·         Build on existing and establish new relationships and present to C-level executives in the property and casualty insurance industry.
·         Aligning Cognizant deliverables to the program outcome, ensure program is being executed as per timeline and releases are completed as per plan.
·         Planning, monitoring and controlling of overall Cognizant scope.
·         Sprint wise program Management throughout the program life cycle.
·         Lead Inception phase and workshops for assigned Duck Creek transformation programs.
·         Ability to drive program processes and solve issues as they arise.
·         Interact with both technical and functional teams onshore and offshore.
·         Demonstrate working knowledge of Data, Organizational Change Management, Process Reengineering efforts, and Quality Assurance.
·         Understand and empathize with customer challenges and provide guidance, roadmap and alternative options.
·         Clear and concise status reporting to client and internal stakeholders. Candidate should have proven Consultative Selling Skills in Technology presales or direct sales of experience.

SAP Basis Consultant (USC/GC only)
Location: Denver, CO

Duration: Long Term
 
JD:
  • Manages 3rd party resources to resolve technical problem for all technology related issues within the technical environments.
  • Resolves and/or properly addresses customer requests/incidents regarding software or reporting toolset.
  • Identifies, evaluates and recommends improvements based on best practices and/or requests from business representatives.
  • Responsible for promotion and version management.
  • Manages performance and capacity planning.
  • Supports project activities by providing technical expertise
  • Status reporting, review service metrics (KPIs) & ensure appropriate OLAs/SLAs
  • Proactively manage foreseen project risk and plan for remediation/mitigation
  • Collaborate with clients independently and work in a multi vendor environment
  • Designs and implements technology solutions including new/emerging technologies
  • Leads the planning and analysis activities, and review technical and functional designs
  • Investigate and identify problems and user requirements
  • Update client tickets/change request status, progress and escalate issues when needed.















 
Excellent written and verbal communications – will be authoring Technical Specs, driving requirements documentation via workshops, so it is important that the candidate knows how to carry him/herself while conducting sessions with small groups of high-level stakeholders
