Role: Design Project Manager / Scrum Master
Location: Spring, TX
Duration: Long term contract
SkRoles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the design team project portfolio
- Organizing and refining the work backlog
- Planning and establishing deadlines following agile methods
- Representing the design team in prioritization meetings
- Continual process improvement regarding workflow efficiencies
Qualification:
- BA or BS in Design or Fine Arts related field
- 5+ years acting as a project manager in an Agile environment
- SCRUM certification is a requirement
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate
- · Expert organizational Skills
- · Expert knowledge of software project management processes, workflow, and
- · Expert Knowledge of agile processes (Scrum, Safe)
- · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
- · Prefer knowledge of design discipline
- · Prefer Knowledge of MSFT Azure DevOps and MSFT Planner
