- Min 15 yrs. of experience as business analyst / Process consultant in CRM, with CRM sales processes implementation
- Experienced to understand business needs & recommend solutions based on cost & benefits to address their challenges.
- The good knack to map end-to-end Sales process & identify variations based on dimensions like geo, product line, distribution channel, user groups, etc.
- Experienced to recommend business leadership the best practices to enable Sales processes in CRM systems ( Like salesforce)
- Experienced to acknowledge cohesion of Sales process with other processes like Marketing, Service, eCommerce, Order delivery, Forecasts, etc. & acknowledge integrations.
- Experienced to document process flows (Level 3 & Level 4), write user stories & articulate use cases with the right level of detail for the technical team to understand expected functionalities in Salesforce.
- Able to liaison between business & IT teams and drive implementation of Salesforce by being the voice of business before IT.
- Able to identify UAT scenarios & handhold end users to adopt the solution.
- Experience working with Salesforce is desirable
