Roles/Responsibilities
• 8 to 10 years of experience on CRM Technical(CRM 2011/CRM 2013/CRM 2015/D365/.Net(ASP.Net, C#.net)/SQLServer/SSRS)
• Should have worked on at least 2 to 3 integration projects which involves using SQL Integration Services (SSIS) to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Should have good knowledge in integrating CRM with other systems like SAP, Oracle ERP, Legacy systems and external Websites.
• Experience of Webhooks, Azure FunctionApps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory
• Experience of integrating D365 (using REST APIs) with Contact center applications such as Genesis IVR, Nuance and any banking imaging system
• Should have working knowledge in WCF, JQuery, HTML 5, Plug-ins, custom workflows and JavaScript.
• Good to have skills Scribe/BizTalk, Kingswaysoft/CozyRock
• Hands-on knowledge of integrating D365 CRM with Azure components
• Good to have experience on migrating two CRM instances into single instance.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good work ethic and self-starting attitude, and ability to work well among a team of professionals.
• Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Experience on Agile development experience.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
