Java with Microservices
Contract on W2
Location: New Jersey, Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC.
Experience designing and implementing Java microservices in a Linux environment on both VM and container platforms. Responsible for implementing microservices for orchestrating the installation, patching and managing of Middleware and Messaging services. Responsible for providing IT security and automation expertise. Provides baseline security standards and policies for multiple projects of high complexity. Will be identifying potential threats and risks and making recommendations to prevent these issues. In-depth information security expertise. Information Technology or risk management experience. Requires overall high-level understanding of security along with technical security background (including some architecture experience). Strong Java Microservices developer
Software design skills: Design Patterns, Algorithms
Hands-on experience with 1+ scripting languages: Python, shell scripting
Basic knowledge of Linux and systems automation
Experience with working with OCI container based Private cloud: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker/podman
Experience with working in Agile enterprise environment: SCRUM, Standups
Experience with test driven development: Cucumber
Experience with PaaS technologies: Serverless, Cloud Paks
Experience with Spring framework: Spring Boot, Reactive
