Title – Java Spring Boot Developer
Location - Malvern PA / Providence, RI / Richardson, TX, / Tampa, FL / Charlotte, NC
Job type – Full time
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.
• Experience in Java 8 with Spring boot and Micro services.
Preferred Skills
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 5 years of development experience in Java 8 and Spring Boot design and development
• Deep understanding of API design, including versioning, isolation and micro-services.
• Experience with Development builds tools (Maven / Ant / Gradle / Grunt)
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and delivery tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash and Docker is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS and CI, CD pipelines
• Good knowledge of Postgres SQL
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Experience in Retirement services is preferred
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Proven leadership, self-starter, collaborative, innovative, provide leadership to, Mentor junior team members, Escalate issues and risks to executive management for timely resolution
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
