JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Cobol Developer

Location: Initial remote and post covid Cleveland, OH

Client: Tech Mahendra

Duration: 12 month

Technical Analysis and Development – Cobol, CICS, Telon, IMS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, Message Broker
Minimum 8- 10 years development experience with Cobol, CICS, IMS, VSAM, JCL.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operational business applications
Experience researching and resolving CICS or Batch Job Abnormal Ends (Abends).
Knowledge of Enterprise Scheduling Package (schedule for batch job execution)
Capable of Managing a largely offshore team
Able to manage communication with Client IT & Business Team
Coordinate, manage and delegate work appropriately to the Offshore team
Liaison with Client IT & business team and offshore Team
