JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Salesforce CRM BA
Location: Initial remote post covid Hartford, CT
Client: HCL- SBD
Duration: 6 month
Job description:
- Min 10 yrs. of experience as business analyst / Process consultant in CRM, with Salesforce CRM implementation experience
- The good knack to map end-to-end Sales process & identify variations based on dimensions like geo, product line, distribution channel, user groups, etc.
- Experienced to recommend business leadership the best practices to enable Sales processes in Salesforce
- Experienced to acknowledge cohesion of Sales process with other processes like Marketing, Service, eCommerce, Order delivery, Forecasts etc. & acknowledge integrations.
- Experienced to understand business needs & recommend solutions based on cost & benefits to address their challenges.
- Experienced to document process flows (Level 3 & Level 4), write user stories & articulate use cases with the right level of detail for the technical team to understand expected functionalities in Salesforce.
- Able to liaison between business & IT teams and drive implementation of Salesforce by being the voice of business before IT.
- Able to identify UAT scenarios & handhold end users to adopt the solution.
Skills:
- Excellent communicator – written & oral. Able to put thoughts across through communication aids like diagrams, flow charts, matrices etc.
- Preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud certified
- Self-organized and able to reprioritize tasks quickly in changing environment.
