JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Salesforce CRM  BA
Location: Initial remote post covid Hartford, CT
Client: HCL- SBD
Duration: 6 month

Job description:

  1. Min 10 yrs. of experience as business analyst / Process consultant in CRM, with Salesforce CRM implementation experience
  2. The good knack to map end-to-end Sales process & identify variations based on dimensions like geo, product line, distribution channel, user groups, etc.
  3. Experienced to recommend business leadership the best practices to enable Sales processes in Salesforce
  4. Experienced to acknowledge cohesion of Sales process with other processes like Marketing, Service, eCommerce, Order delivery, Forecasts etc. & acknowledge integrations.
  5. Experienced to understand business needs & recommend solutions based on cost & benefits to address their challenges.
  6. Experienced to document process flows (Level 3 & Level 4), write user stories & articulate use cases with the right level of detail for the technical team to understand expected functionalities in Salesforce.
  7. Able to liaison between business & IT teams and drive implementation of Salesforce by being the voice of business before IT.
  8. Able to identify UAT scenarios & handhold end users to adopt the solution.

 

Skills:

  1. Excellent communicator – written & oral. Able to put thoughts across through communication aids like diagrams, flow charts, matrices etc.
  2. Preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud certified
  3. Self-organized and able to reprioritize tasks quickly in changing environment.
