• Defines the process for archiving service, builds templates with the teams help, covering cross-technology enterprise architecture.
• Review the archival requirements, current system configuration, conduct an impact analysis and arrive at a solution (include archiving retrieval option).
• Manage the overall program and responsible for archiving project deliverables per RACI Chart.
• Own and facilitate the preparation, scheduling, and review of deliverables.
• Lead the communications and discussions with key stakeholders on service requirements, archiving requirements and process requirements.
• Collaborates with Records management and legal team in defining the compliance requirements for record retention and legal hold applicability.
• Should lead discussions on optimization of retrieval requirements with the business and functional analysts.
Skills/Experience:
