- Hands-on Reporting & Analytics Solution Architect who can understand detailed business requirements & feature needs and is able to translate them into functional requirements & a solution design and/or POC.
- Experience developing reports & dashboards in Core, Tableau CRM, and reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau.
- Experience with integrating to and reporting from a Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Ability to provide strategic advice on reporting and analytics. Someone who can assist in coaching the AT&T team members and assist with troubleshooting issues.
Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Duration: 3+ month
Remote 100%
Certifications: Salesforce Admin Certification is must
- Service Cloud experience: Intermediate
- Experience Writing User Stories (provide context in submission)
Title: Salesforce Senior Developer
Remote 100%
Certifications: Platform Developer 1 (PD-1) Certification must
Must Have Skills:
- Financial Service Cloud (FSC) Retail Banking Specialist
- Financial Service Cloud (FSC) implementation, Sales, Service, Shield, extensive Integration
- Einstein predictions & visualizations -Lightning / Apex with Financial Service Cloud (FSC) experience Retail banking tech experience desirable (i.e. projects w Fiserv)
