Role: Cisco Collaboration Engineer

Job Description:
. 5+ years of technical experience with the Cisco collaboration portfolio including Webex, Unified CM, Expressway, CUBE, IP Phones and Video Endpoints.
. Expert knowledge of Cisco Collaboration products, Cisco VoIP networking hardware and software
. Cisco CCNC Collaboration or equivalent (CCIE-Collaboration highly desired)
. Experience maintaining and integrating cloud and on-premise Webex conferencing solutions.
. Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and implementing advanced Cisco Unified Communication and collaboration solutions
. Expertise in supporting a variety of end-user Webex collaboration devices to include conference room systems (Cisco room kit series, Webex Board), and desktop video devices (Cisco Webex DeskPro)
. Foundational knowledge of Cisco and industry cloud computing e.g. AWS, data center, virtualization, storage and networking solutions is desirable.
. Expertise and hands on technical experience with IP Communications signaling and media protocols, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323, XML, HTTP, RESTful APIs and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP). Experience with SBCs, STUN, and SIP ALG NAT Experience in PRI, CAS and other voice TDM technologies Solid understanding of Network Routing, Switching and QoS Solid understanding of Data Center Virtualization and Design (UCS, VMware).
