Job Title : Pega Lead System Architect
Location : Alpharetta , GA
Duration: Long Term Contract
Client : Verizon.
Role Responsibilities:
� Manage and ensure quality standards of Pega implementations.
� Meeting and Managing engagement with Enterprise Architects.
� Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega and Pega DSM.
� Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
� Lead the discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications with Pega based application.
� Estimate and Size the requirements for Pega implementation; highlight dependencies for the solution on other applications.
� Assess Decisioning capabilities, establish and or expand the technical platform to enable and support multi-channel and interactive customer Decisioning strategies
� Lead the planning, and implementation of Decisioning initiatives
� Support business requirements gathering and documentation development
� Provide consultation, communication and training to team and users
� Own and lead the design and development work for Pega decisioning projects
� Conduct performance monitoring and tuning
� Experience and Skills
� 8+ years design and development experience with Pega including Decision Services Model (DSM) decisioning applications [atleast 2 years]]
� 2+ years' experience on Pega decisioning implementation
� Experience in Agile development methodologies
� Experience of CRM solutions would be beneficial
� Pega CPMC and CPDC certification
� Pega CLSA certification
