Job Title : Pega Lead System Architect
Location : Alpharetta , GA
Client : Verizon.
Duration: Lonterm-contract
Role Responsibilities
. Manage and ensure quality standards of Pega implementations.
. Meeting and Managing engagement with Enterprise Architects.
. Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega and Pega DSM.
. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
. Lead the discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications with Pega based application.
. Estimate and Size the requirements for Pega implementation; highlight dependencies for the solution on other applications.
. Assess Decisioning capabilities, establish and or expand the technical platform to enable and support multi-channel and interactive customer Decisioning strategies
. Lead the planning, and implementation of Decisioning initiatives
. Support business requirements gathering and documentation development
. Provide consultation, communication and training to team and users
. Own and lead the design and development work for Pega decisioning projects
. Conduct performance monitoring and tuning
Experience and Skills
. 8+ years design and development experience with Pega including Decision Services Model (DSM) decisioning applications [atleast 2 years]]
. 2+ years' experience on Pega decisioning implementation
. Experience in Agile development methodologies
. Experience of CRM solutions would be beneficial
. Pega CPMC and CPDC certification
. Pega CLSA certification
