Role: SAP MDG Functional Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
JD:
1) SAP MDG skills with experience in customer and vendor domain.
2) Should have hands on experience and should have executed 2-3 projects
3) Should possess skills about data modeling, process modeling, UI modeling
4) Should possess good communication skills to coordinate with the client as well as manage the offshore team
5) Should have knowledge about data replication framework and Business rule based framework.
6) Should have experience in data derivation and BRF + rules setup.

Role: SAP Hybris Functional BA/ Release Manager
Location: Summit, NJ
Duration: Long Term
JD:
Required Minimum 12 + Years of SAP Experience
Ensuring requirements are clear across dependent project streams with a release
Need an Expert SAP Hybris with good exposure to B2B to understand product requirements
Ensuring requirements that impact other internal projects are submitted to the other products’ requirements lists or backlogs
Tracking changes to requirements and communicate impacts to externally dependent product releases
Ensuring the tasks associated with parallel and external deliverables are included in the project plan (build time, run time, merging, etc.)
Ensuring items released in a parallel branch are merged and tested into this release as appropriate
Ensuring technical guides and training are developed for the external functionality that must work together for this release
Managing the deployment of the deliverables to the test environment specifically ensuring that the external dependent items are available at test runtime
Managing the deployment of deliverables into production (e.g., ensuring all internal and external pieces are collected for distribution and the distribution occurs to the correct group of potential users and targeted locations)
Validating the release notes
Validating the release is operating as expected

- 10+ years in-depth experience in relevant IT roles
- Extensive experience with Supply Chain Management processes
- Strong SAP experience in Supply Chain modules (Manufacturing, Quality Management, Production Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics)
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strong analytical abilities to manage a global delivery portfolio
- 3 Major Projects – End to End Integration Projects experience
- IoT /Industry 4.0 Project Experience
- Someone who can design, build, & test .Able to manage business facing meetings, understand requirements, white board a solution design, write specifications and hand over to developers on shore and offshore to complete the work with his oversight
- Hands On Cloud Architecture Experience
- Experience in platforms integrations
- Develop and manage IT Customer Relationships
- Extensive experience in the delivery of final solutions
- Can work effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones
