Who are we looking for?

Description - -10+ years' experience We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Administrator to join JPMorgan's ground-breaking and innovative Onyx technology team focused on utilizing blockchain secured financial transactions as a backbone to build an advanced ecosystem with ubiquitous access to infrastructure, collaboration networks, and services to solve the world's most important commercial challenges at scale. As a Salesforce Administrator on the Onyx technology team, you will be primarily working with the Onyx Sales and Marketing, JP Morgan CRM technology and the Salesforce technology integration teams to architect and manage and administer the Onyx's Salesforce CRM instances. The role will combine administration, architectural design, technical leadership, and hands-on development with the ideal candidate possessing a track record demonstrating motivation, creativity, innovation, and on-time delivery.  All facets of software development from proof-of-concepts to production deployment utilizing agile delivery practices and toolsets will be utilized.

 

Technical skills

�Play a key role implementing our Salesforce architecture including, but not limited to, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in partnership with the rest of the technology team.

�Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment for the Onyx users

�Perform Salesforce administrator key functions including maintenance/updates, system backups, security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.

�Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks as required on a day-to-day basis.

�Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

�Filtering business requirements against standard Salesforce functionality

�Creating solution for complex problems using out of the box Salesforce features

�Providing Salesforce product expertise & training, combining business knowledge and technical skill

�Configuring Salesforce instances to accommodate user stories where applicable

�Translating user stories into technical stories

�Creating and documenting user stories in JIRA including acceptance criteria

�Creating proof of concepts and design mock-ups

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

�Demonstrated, strong and extensive Salesforce Administration work experience, preferably in an Agile environment

�Solid business process engineering skills utilizing Salesforce CRM platform

�Ability to provide ongoing business support to the users for the CRM platform

�Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning UI, as well as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

�Ability to solution and manage for Salesforce integration with other systems

�Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

�Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design document

�An understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform

�Experience working with Development teams

�Familiar with modern technology and architecture (cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc.), as well as with SDLC tools and agile development methodology

�Ability to follow best practices for Salesforce

�Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified platform app builder is desirable

�Proven track record of delivering software development projects

�Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences at all levels

�Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high quality software that balances technical and business goals

�Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
