Location: Cypress, CA (Remote Initially)
Duration: 6 to 12+ Months
NOTE: Currently, due to pandemic "COVID-19" the expectation would be for this position to work remotely per the company direction. If situation changes down the line, they will be asked to come on site.
Description::
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Hybris :
• 3+ years designing and developing Hybris Commerce 6.x implementations
• 5+ years’ experience with Java/J2EE
• 4+ years of experience with Spring frameworks
• 4+ years preferred Coding in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
• 4+ years preferred B2B and/or B2C e-commerce preferred
• Application knowledge of Hybris Commerce Accelerators, extensions and Add-ons
• Experience in troubleshooting java cores, heap dumps, and all Hybris Server logs to determine root cause of issues
• Experience in creating quick POC using Hybris Recopies.
• Develop/implement web services (REST)
• Experience in Hybris PCM implementation
• Knowledge of Hybris Datahub
• Experience with Hybris data & product modeling.
• Experience building solutions that integrate with SAP
• Strong working experience with Hybris and developing/maintaining extensions
• Ability to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and Customize Hybris e-commerce web Storefront with best practice code and performance.
• Develop new features to improve consumer experiences and sales.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
• Communicate status of projects and initiatives to senior team members
• Collaborate with other team members to support existing software or create new software as well as the ability to work independently when needed
• Unit testing and Performance test.
• Solutions to focus on leveraging OOTB architecture and services.
• Resolve defects and update system documentation.
• Provide production support including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and defects.
• Assist in scoping and estimating for programming tasks and implementation plans.
• Develop project plans and resource requirements for assigned projects, and provide fact based and accurate task effort estimates to management
