ServiceNow Senior Automation tester more than 4-5 yrs of experience.
ServiceNow Certification is must. Working experience in Automated Test Framework(ATF) module..
Design and plan test suits, test cases and test steps
Understands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow
Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM
Demonstrate hands on expert knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems
