Worldwide Technology, LLC has an opportunity available for (3) Mobile Automated Testers (IOS/Android/Flutter). These testers will stand up a commercial mobile IOS/Android banking application (build and roll-out) for HNB. The mobile application will be developed utilizing the FLUTTER framework for the UI. This role will work REMOTE during Covid. Ideal candidates must be open to light travel post-Covid.

Job Title: Mobile QA/Automated Testers
Duration: 6-12 months (Start Date April 1, 2021)
Location: Columbus, OH (Post covid)
Responsibilities:
� Responsible for test planning, scripting, and test execution for assigned projects and ensure proper test coverage.
� Collaborate with the product owner, BA and development teams in the analysis, review of functional requirements to ensure testability, test coverage, and to create and execute test cases.
� Creates and facilitates review of the Test Strategy with the project team.
� Create and maintain test cases and test data using test automation tools.
� Works with BAs and Development teams on defect analysis and triage.
� Identifies quality issues per defined processes and escalates potential quality issues immediately to management.
� Assigns defect severity and manages defects throughout the project.
� Perform all aspects of verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
� Proficiency in using testing tools (Microsoft Test Manager), query experience with (SQL Server) and Internet Technologies (different browsers, HTML, JavaScript, etc.), RubyMine, Ruby/Cucumber, SOAP UI, Mainframes.
� Must have experience in building automation script using Cucumber or Specflow.
� Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming, preferably Java or Ruby.
� Creates test status reports per project guidelines.
� Creates test results and test summary deliverables to ensure production implementation readiness.
� Identifies any potential quality issues per defined processes and escalates potential quality issues immediately to management.
� Participate in production validation and support as needed.
The following knowledge skills and attributes are required:
� Understanding and knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods used in software development
� Team oriented and possess strong interpersonal communication skills
� Strong desire to learn and self-motivated in pursuit of new skills and understanding of software design and quality engineering
� Comfortable with different platforms such as; websites, mobile apps, and backend API
� Knowledge of and ability to apply the concept of the test pyramid
� Minimum of one year experience with quality assurance and testing of software applications
� Experience using technologies for detecting and tracking software defects
� Working knowledge of and/or experience with Agile methodologies
� Some experience with a programming language (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Swift, etc.), along with ancillary technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, SQL, Agile methodologies, load testing tools, Git, Postman, Chrome Dev Tools, Fiddler, Casper, Gremlins, Ava, JMeter, Gatling, Artillery, Funkload, Restlet Client, and others)
� Experience testing native mobile applications on Android or iOS
� Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Junit, NUnit, Espresso, etc.
� Automated testing frameworks such as Webdriver, Espresso, Capybara, Nightmare, Jest, etc
Additional responsibilities:
� Keep the team and stakeholders informed of a holistic view of the product's quality
� Elicit examples that act as or clarify acceptance criteria
� Encourage collaboration and discussion around team testing improvements
� Help developers plan and build automated checks at the right levels of the system to provide the optimal return of feedback to cost of ownership of the test suite
� Evaluate the product's fitness for purpose by learning about it through exploratory testing and experimentation to complement automated checks
� Work with stakeholders to determine which features and defect fixes are critical to the end user and business
� Work with stakeholders to identify reasonable quality goals based on product needs
� Work with the team to improve processes to ensure that the team meets those quality goals
� Measure how closely the product meets the quality goals set forth by the stakeholders, including risk as it applies to the quality of the product
� Carry out root-cause analysis of defects when they occur
� Partner with everyone from the Product Owner to Operations to help ensure that everyone is working towards the goal of delivering a quality working product into production
� Pair with developers to write clean and maintainable test code
� Ask questions and challenge others to consider the consequences of design decisions
