Long term Contract

 

10+ years of experience as Test Lead with at least  4 years of experience on PRPC PEGA RULES Process Commander in testing, PRPC work flow experience, BPM applications

and testing  of integrated web services, data models and frameworks and collating business analysis requirements.

Writing test cases/scripts within PEGA PRPC and correct the according To the erroneous outcomes

Involved in debugging application using PEGA Tracer tool , performance testing using PAL tool

Tested Coded in various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, SLA Service Level Agreement,

declarative rules, correspondence templates using PRPC and Created reports i.e., summary views and list views using PRPC.

Participate in Sprint planning, estimation, Requirement grooming and Demo to the Product/business team on testing artifacts to push code to PROD

Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.

BPM Servicing automation is added advantage.

 

 

10+ years of experience as Test Lead, with at least either Sales force or BPM hands-on with automation knowledge

Mortgage testing hands-on specifically on Loan Origination/Servicing is added advantage

Analyze business requirements and technical designs to define Testing Scope, call out Risks on coverage for testability and traceability

Participate in Sprint planning, estimation, Requirement grooming and Demo to the Product/business team on testing artifacts to push code to PROD

Develop Test plans covering functional, system integration, and regression testing, design and review test scripts

Diagnose, document, help troubleshoot, and isolate bugs and issues encountered during testing with Dev/Tech team

Log daily progress and escalate testing issues using the appropriate escalation paths

Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met

Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers
